Refund policy

The €29 founding access reservation is refundable in full, with no questions asked, at any time before Payer Vitals launches.

How to request one

Reply to your receipt email or write to support@payervitals.com. Refunds are processed back to the original payment method, typically within a few business days.

After launch

Once Payer Vitals ships and your founding membership converts to the €19/month subscription, you can cancel at any time. Cancelling stops future billing; it does not retroactively refund past months.

If Payer Vitals never launches

Every outstanding reservation is refunded in full, without you needing to ask.
